CANCELLATION POLICY

Please try to be a few minutes early to your appointments. Only one additional person can come with you for your appointment. We are a small salon and don’t have space for more than 1 additional person. Children are only permitted if they are able to sit calmly and quietly during your appointment. We may ask you to leave if a child becomes a distraction for our artists. We are a salon for people 16 years old and up. If you are 16 or 17, you must be with a parent or guardian. Cancellations or reschedules up to 48 hours before an appointment are allowed via your MANAGE MY APPOINTMENT link in your confirmation and reminder emails. --Appointments canceled between 48-24 hours before a scheduled appointment can be charged 50% --Cancellations less than 24 hours prior can be subject to a full charge of the scheduled appointment. We try our best to fill the spots to minimize charging clients for last minute cancellations. Being late 10 minutes or more to your appointment can result in a canceled appt/full charge OR an adjusted appointment (less art) to accommodate. It depends on how fully booked we are for the day. Also, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged for the appointment that you booked. If we don’t hear from you within 15 min of your appointment time, we will charge your card on file. A client will not be able to rebook until that charge is paid. This ensures that our artists are fairly compensated for their time. Thank you for understanding.
